Regional Development Consultant

Department: Frankie’s Friends

Status: Part Time, 10 hours a week

Position Details:

The development consultant will create, implement and evaluate development programs that support the Frankie’s Friends mission and will represent Frankie’s Friends with regional donors, prospective donors, primary care and specialty/emergency veterinarians, Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners employees, and the media. The consultant must have outstanding organizational, verbal and writing skills.

Charity Details:

Frankie’s Friends Pet Charitable Foundation (www.frankiesfriends.com) raises public support to find cures and save pets with cancer and other treatable diseases. Frankie’s Friends provides funding in regions of the United States in which money is raised for (means-tested) families who cannot afford treatment costs.

Experience:
5-7 years of development experience including stewardship, major gifts and annual giving management, special event planning, and volunteer management

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Client Services Representative

Michigan Veterinary Specialists is accepting applications for great Client Service Representatives. Positions may be available for FT, PT, day and/or evening shifts. Responsibilities closely align with a medical office assistant: create & maintain client files, schedule appointments, patient in-take, answer busy multi-line phone. Constant interaction with clients and patients, excellent customer service required.

Requirements:

Professional individual needed with flexibility in scheduling (some weekends and alternating holiday’s required). Must be extremely proficient in handling a heavy call volume. Demonstrated experience in a multi-clinician office and veterinary experience a plus.
